With experience as a lawyer spanning Delaware and Pennsylvania, Kathleen Campbell Davis represents clients in mass tort settlement trusts as outside general counsel. Her focus with Campbell & Levine, LLC, in Philadelphia, extends to various types of civil suits and complex commercial bankruptcy cases. Attorney Kathleen Campbell Davis’ client base in bankruptcy proceedings ranges from debtors and creditors to official committees and asset purchasers.
Ms. Davis joined her current firm as a lawyer in the early 2000s and, before that, completed a judicial externship in the Pennsylvania courts. She also has experience as a legal intern with the Civil Litigation Division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Her work as an attorney extends to volunteering with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, providing support that ensures kids’ voices are heard in civil proceedings.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School, Ms. Davis also earned her bachelor’s degree at the institution in philosophy and literature. She maintains qualifications to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and with the District Courts in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
